Law as a constitution
Law does not arrive after cooperation has begun. It enables acting together by offering forms: contracts, companies, associations, procedures for taking decisions. It protects those involved and third parties, it resolves conflicts, and it sets limits on what a cooperation may do. German law is the starting point.
